• Xiangdian, Emma Chen | Founder

Emma Chen (陈湘钿): Natural, simple and logical. 9 years working experience in world leading industrial MNCs. Titled as Asia Marketing Manager, Sr. Product Manager etc, responsible for the new business and product marketing management in China and Asia. Successful records proved. Traveling in Tibet deepens her sense in nature. Love science, art and photography. Had double majors in Materials Science and Scientific English. Sr. Photographer (2007).

• Paul Battley | IT Senior Advisor

Paul Battley (保罗 巴特利）: A very smart programmer with rich experience in Ruby On Rails.  He has exellent command in English, French and Japanese, know many other languages.  He is very good at writing technical articles and commentation. Reading his blog can always learn many things we usually don't pay attention to but he does. He can also play many music instruments, sometimes he makes for his own. He loves foods, and of course, traveling!

• Diego Ferrini | IT Creative Director

Diego Ferrini（狄龙）: Grew up in Milan, Italy.  With 25 years of IT innovative experience, he came up with his another unique experience as a commercial photographer in China.  You will find the truth, purity and humanistic beauty in his works, which are getting rare and rare in our society. He traveled a lot, with footprints covering Europe, South America, Asia etc. He loves China and the culture.

• Richard Crookes | Visual Director

Richard Crookes（理查德）: born in Preston, UK. 30 years working as a visual artist/illustrator, special in book jackets, logo design etc. He has been also into calligraphy art, as supplementing his design work since about 10 years ago. • Dove, Bai Lei | Graphic Designer

Bai Lei (白雷): Grown up in Inner Mongolia. He enjoys every touching moment in life by recording them with musical notes, photo and pencils. He has drawn more than 300 illustrations since the day he joined visavisNet team in Oct., 2009... inspiring indeed! He loves the topic between human and eniroment. • Dr. Steve Gong | Technical Advisor

Dr. Steve Gong (弓志强博士): Post doctor in Tsinghua University.  His researching subjects are: fluid machanics, industrial energy saving and their applications, published some papers about axial compressor on international academic journals. He has taken part in varied natural key scientific projects.   He loves technical application and enviromental protection.  He believes technical marketing is the high efficient way to make our environment sustainable. 

• Yinyan Zhang | Technical Editor

Yinyan Zhang (张寅燕): Grown up in Beijing, studied in America for her degree in computing.  Back in Beijing to learn photography and worked for Olympic Committee etc.. Love photography, Chinese ancient culture, writing and traveling in nature. She cares about our living environment, curious in green technologies. Joined VisavisNet as a Technical Editor since Apr.2010.
